"The Accessibility Forum brings accessibility stake-holders together to support informed decisions about E&IT products relative to Section 508."

June 3, 2002

Dear Participant,

Welcome to the Accessibility Forum and the Kellogg Conference Center.  We recognize the contribution that your organization is making by having you attend the Forum and participate in its activities.

Please spend some time reviewing the contents of the Check-In packet.  If you are in need of additional information or assistance, please ask an Accessibility Forum Staff member.  Only as you share your questions or needs can we hope to provide good service as sponsor and facilitator for the Forum.

With the help of the Program Committee, we have assembled a conference that we sincerely hope will be beneficial to you.  Besides updates on the most recent project work, we have a number of speakers and panels that should be informational and interactive.  Please participate in these sessions.

The great value of the Forum is the open environment and the wonderful level of diversity represented by our membership.  Those unique aspects allow a free flow of ideas and opinions and provide a learning place for everyone who is willing to learn.  Take advantage of this network to gain another organization’s perspective and understand another person’s viewpoint!

 Thank you for being here.

Sincerely,

Ed Reniker

Program Director
